Viascent Diffuser Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing Viascent. We take pride in creating scent diffusers with top-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Our commitment to excellence ensures that Viascent products are built to last for years, providing you with reliable performance, enjoyment, and peace of mind.

Viascent provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is identified within this period, Viascent will repair or replace the diffuser free of charge. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim, so please retain your proof of purchase, including your order number.

Warranty claims must be presented with supporting documents, images, or videos. Failure to comply with this process will result in an incomplete and/or denied claim. Defects discovered after the one-year warranty period may be subject to a fee for repair or replacement.

Products repaired or replaced during the warranty period will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty is void if third-party oils or other non-recommended liquids are used, as we recommend only Viascent fragrance oils for optimal operation and performance. The warranty is also void if the diffuser is misused or not operated according to the instructions provided.

For customers residing in the United States, Viascent will cover the cost of shipping during the warranty period. For customers residing outside the United States, the customer will be responsble for all shipping costs.

Components covered by the warranty:

• The Viascent diffuser.
• The accessories contained in the original packaging.

The warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
• Normal wear and tear, including components that naturally deteriorate over time.
• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, careless handling, abuse, transit, accidents, fire, liquid contact, natural disasters, weather conditions, electrical outages, power surges, or circumstances beyond Viascent's control.
• Unauthorized service or repairs, modifications, incorrect assembly, or improper installation.
• Consumable parts, such as fragrance oils.
• Software or applications provided by Viascent.

Important: Do not disassemble the Viascent diffuser or included accessories. This may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty. Only Viascent technicians, or technicians authorized by Viascent, can service the Viascent diffusers.

No Viascent reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
