Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we offer multiple shipping services that are displayed during checkout, including expedited shipping options. Some shipping services may not be available in your location.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. (EST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

For orders over $100, a signature may be required upon delivery.

All shipments are insured and include a tracking number for your convenience. You will receive a shipping notification via email or SMS once your order has shipped.

Shipping carrier delays may occur during periods of high order volume or due to weather-related events. Shipments to certain U.S. territories may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Please note that loss, damage, or theft, that occurred after delivery by the carrier may not covered by shipping insurance.

Free Domestic Shipping

Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on most orders delivered within the contiguous United States. To qualify for free domestic shipping, your total order value must be at least $150.

Free shipping may not be available to the following U.S. territories:

PO Boxes & APO Addresses

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the primary carrier for shipping to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Additionally, FedEx offers limited services, such as FedEx SmartPost, which relies on USPS for the final delivery to PO Boxes. If you are shipping your order to a PO Box or APO address, you may not see all shipping services during checkout.

Local Delivery

We use Uber Connect to deliver eligible orders across South Florida's Tri-County region, covering Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Local delivery requires a minimum order of $150, with delivery fees starting at $35 and adjusting based on the distance from our primary warehouse location.

If your order qualifies for local delivery and you are within our delivery area, local delivery options will be automatically displayed in your cart during checkout. Please make sure that you have location services turned on.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to many international destinations; however, we cannot ship to locations where it is prohibited by law. While we do not charge sales tax on international orders, please note that you are responsible for any duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees imposed by your local customs office.

International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, the title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you as soon as the shipment is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.
