Shipping & Returns
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on most orders delivered within the contiguous United States. To qualify for free domestic shipping, your total order value must be at least $150.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. You can select these services during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to many international destinations; however, we cannot ship to locations where it is prohibited by law. While we do not charge sales tax on international orders, please note that you are responsible for any duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees imposed by your local customs office.
International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, the title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you as soon as the shipment is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.

From where does Viascent ship?
All Viascent products are shipped from Florida.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
We use Uber Connect to deliver eligible orders across South Florida's Tri-County region, covering Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Local delivery requires a minimum order of $150, with delivery fees starting at $35 and adjusting based on the distance from our primary warehouse location.
If your order qualifies for local delivery and you are within our delivery area, local delivery options will be automatically displayed in your cart during checkout. Please make sure that you have location services turned on.

Orders
How do I track my order?
Please log in to your account and find the order you wish to track. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shown with your shipment details.
Note: Our system sends automatic order notifications when an order has been shipped. If you haven't received your order notification(s), please check your spam folder, or get in touch and a friendly customer service representative will assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards from most countries, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Additionally, we support payments via Shop Pay (including payment installments), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are a registered company in Florida and are required to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped within the state. Sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout. Additionally, we may collect sales tax in other states as required by law.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order you've already placed, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number for reference.
To ensure a seamless shopping experience and the fastest delivery, we process verified orders very quickly.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In such case, please wait until you receive your order and then contact us to process a return.
My order arrived damaged or defective!
We are very sorry to hear that. Please contact customer service and a representative will assist you in getting a replacement order.
Scent Diffusers
What is a cold-air scent diffuser?
A cold-air diffuser is a waterless, heat-free device that nebulizes fragrance oils into a microscopic dry mist, delivering pure and potent aromas.
The cold-air diffusion technology preserves the integrity of the oils, avoids unnecessary substances in the air, and leaves no residue, making it the safest and most effective way to scent a space.
On average, our diffusers cover twice the square footage of ultrasonic diffusers or candles.
Can I use alternative oils in my Viascent diffuser?
Viascent Scent Diffusers are specially designed for use with Viascent fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils have the ideal viscosity and formulation for optimal scent diffusion and to protect your diffuser's internal components.
Avoid using oils that are diluted with water, alcohol, carrier oils, or pure essential oils, as these may damage the diffuser or compromise performance. Using non-Viascent oils that are not specifically formulated for cold-air diffusion will void your diffuser's warranty.
How quiet are Viascent diffusers?
When in operation, the Viascent diffusers have a sound level between 33 and 36 dB depending on the model. Decibels are the unit of measurement for sound, abbreviated dB. For reference, the sound of rustling leaves or a whisper is approximately 30 dB, and the sound of an average room noise is between 30 and 45 dB.
In general, when using electronic diffusers in quiet spaces like bedrooms or libraries, individual sensitivity to noise can vary. To avoid disruption, we recommend using the timer function to stop the device during quiet hours.
How about warranty?
Viascent scent diffusers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Active subscribers to a Viascent fragrance oil plan enjoy a lifetime warranty on their Viascent scent diffusers, provided the subscription is maintained without interruption. The same warranty terms and conditions apply, with the warranty duration extended indefinitely as long as the subscription remains active.

Who designs Viascent fragrances?
We collaborate with world-renowned scent designers, perfumers, and leading scenting companies to craft our fragrances.
Are the fragrance oils safe?
Yes. All our fragrance oils are IFRA and RIFM compliant. They adhere to the highest safety standards in the industry. They are safe to use around people, pets, and plants.
If you are pregnant, have specific concerns about sensitivities or a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Can I apply the oils to my skin?
No. Our fragrance oils are formulated to be used with our scent diffuser machines. If you get oil on your hands or skin, wash the area with soap and water.
What are the oils made of?
Can I dilute the fragrance oil with water?
No. Our fragrance oils are formulated for waterless cold-air diffusers and should not be diluted or mixed with other brands. We highly recommend using Viascent cold-air diffusers with our fragrance oils.

As oil-based products, fragrance oils may stain some polished surfaces, furniture, and fabrics.
